We provide round the clock support to a number of venues in and around London, providing either full time residential or remote packages. We will sit down with you and tailor a pricing package that suits the way you charge your client.

We have been inhouse at the Novotel London West since 2008, catering round the clock to all their AV needs, large or small. Our dedicated two man team offer full support to the sales team. The Champagne Suite opens up into a large, modern conference space or can be split into a large conference room supported by breakout rooms. The Chablis Suite offers an ideal exhibition space and is supported by 32 meeting rooms that ideally support any associated conference programme.

We have partnered the Pullman London St Pancras since 2015. The Pullman is located between three of London's great rail terminuses. The highly stylised front of house experience sets you up for a wonderful stay.
