Venue Support has been one of the key pillars of our business in the past eight years. We provide round the clock support to a number of venues in and around London, providing either full time residential or remote packages. We will sit down with you and tailor a pricing package that suits the way you charge your client.
As a partner we are focused on adding value to your brand and offering. We are willing to gear our marketing towards your needs pushing your values through our services. We are willing to be present at all client showrounds and be part of your sales push. We endeavour to present a united front and represent our partners as we represent ourselves, in the best possible light. We do not enter into partnership with venues and once appointed rest on our laurels, we do everything we can to help bring in clients and keep them coming back. Novotel London West
We have been inhouse at the Novotel London West since 2008, catering round the clock to all their AV needs, large or small. Our dedicated two man team offer full support to the sales team. The Champagne Suite opens up into a large, modern conference space or can be split into a large conference room supported by breakout rooms. The Chablis Suite offers an ideal exhibition space and is supported by 32 meeting rooms that ideally support any associated conference programme.
With strong transport links and close proximity to the City, Novotel London West is truly one of the most flexible meeting spaces in London.
Hilton Group Hotels
We currently service five hotels within the Hilton Group across London providing off - site, round the clock support to each one. From Hilton Olympia to Hilton London Docklands we work closely with the sales teams to provide competitvely priced, specifically tailored AV packages for each Hilton venue. The venues offer a wide variety of meeting spaces large and small and we are ready to meet your needs.
Holiday Inn Wembley
Located in the heart of the Wembley events complex and 100 yards from the iconic stadium, the newly refurbished Holiday Inn Wembley is a great meeting space and we are proud to be their audio visual partner. Whether it is a dinner function in the Empire Suite or a business meeting upstairs in the Wentworth suite there is a flexible space waiting for you. Pullman London St Pancras
Our newest partnership is with the beautiful Pullman London St Pancras located between three of London's great rail terminuses. The highly stylised front of house experience sets you up for a wonderful stay. Marriott Regents Park
The London Marriott Regents Park boasts 10 event rooms capable of housing events for up to 300 people. Just two minutes from the Underground and close to Regents Park and Central London it is ideally placed to cater for your meeting and event needs. Danubius Regents Park
The Danubius Regents Park nestles in the heart of one of London's most beautiful neighbourhoods. CH & Co Venues in London
We have a wide ranging partnership with CH & Co serving some of the most historic, prestigious and beautiful venues in London. We currently provide full AV services to a number of Livery Halls including, Haberdashers, Founders, Clothworkers, Brewers and Stationers. In addition to this we provide technician services to the Law Society. It is a partnership of great value and prestige for Euro Presentations.
